Text Messages/Automated Calls

Media outlets have recently reported people receiving automated calls and text messages claiming to be from a bank. The call pertains to a debit card and asks the recipient to call a certain number.

Please note: National Bank Of Kansas City will never ask you to provide confidential information through an automatic phone call, text message, or an email. If you receive a call or text message, please ignore it. If, though, you respond to the call or text message and provide personal financial information, please notify us immediately at (913) 253-0170.
