What happens if I lose the card or the card is stolen?

Cards that are lost or stolen can be replaced for a $15 service charge, which includes a balance transfer. If you no longer have your card, call 1-866-586-4438 any time of day, any day of the week. We encourage you to register your card in case of theft.

How do I check a balance on VISA Gift Cards?

Cardholders can check the balance of their VISA Gift Cards for no cost by visiting mygiftcardmanager.com or by calling 1-866-586-4438. The first two calls are free, but every additional call requires a $0.50 charge deducted from the card’s balance.

VISA® Gift Card is distributed at each NBKC bank location. $4.00 fee charged per card. The gift card will expire once the "valid thru" date listed on the front of the card has passed. They are available in amounts between $10 - $500. Inactivity fee of $4.95 will be assessed monthly after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. A $15.00 fee will be assessed to replace or close a card. Balance inquiry is available online for free or through telephone. Fees may consume card balance before expiration.
