VISA® Gift Card is distributed at each NBKC bank location. $4.00 fee charged per card. Card expires after 18 months. They are available in amounts between $25 - $500. Card can be reissued after expiration for a $15 charge. Card service fee paid by cardholder is $2.50 per month starting in the seventh month. Lost or stolen cards can be replaced for a $15 service charge, which includes balance transfer. Balance inquiry is available online for free or through telephone. First two calls to a live agent are free; charge is $0.50 per call after the first two. Fees may consume card balance before expiration.
